I recently created a Campaign-wise, Product-wise and Customer-wise Dashboard to help analyze the performance of marketing campaigns for some company’s products.
These dashboards were designed to go beyond surface-level metrics and dive deeper into how campaigns perform from three key perspectives: the customer perspective, the product perspective, and the campaign perspective itself.
From the customer side, the dashboard highlights who responded to which campaigns, their purchasing behavior, and how different customer segments engaged with specific offers. On the product side, I was able to track which products performed best under certain campaigns, identify trends in product interest, and uncover key revenue drivers. From the campaign perspective, the dashboard captures high-level performance metrics such as reach, conversion rates, and ROI, making it easier to compare and evaluate the success of each campaign.
This project sharpened my skills in turning raw marketing data into clear, actionable insights. It was a great exercise in combining data visualization with strategic analysis, and a reminder of how powerful dashboards can be when designed with multiple viewpoints in mind.
